Bead Style Magazine: May 2006
I met Mindy Brooks, Editor of Bead and Button Magazine, in Tucson last year when I exhibited for the first time at the To Bead True Blue Show at the Manning House Mansion. This year Mindy visited my booth again and brought along Cathy Jakicic, Editor of Bead Style Magazine, Bead and Button's sister magazine. Mindy and Cathy bought some of my beads but imagine my surprise when I received the May issue of Bead Style Magazine. Cathy pointed out in her editorial comments, on page 6, that I was amongst her favorite artists she discovered at her first Tucson show. (Click the above "From the Editor" photo for a larger view.)
